Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the advertisement has already been recalled and no petrol pump has been established on that road. He further submits that in the event any fresh advertisement is made, the petitioner shall have the right to apply for the same in accordance with law. 3. We are also mindful of the fact that the order of rejection was passed in the month of February, 2023 and the petitioner has approached this Court after a period two years. 4. In light of the above, we are of the view that no right has ever accrued to the petitioner and since the advertisement is not being carried forward by the respondent authority, this writ petition has become infructuous. 5.
