It has been submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheet in this matter has been filed on 25.11.2025, vide CS No. 255/2025, and the details of Page No.# 2/2 which have been shared with the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition and to appear before the learned Trial Court to file a fresh bail application. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. In the event, the petitioner files an appropriate bail application before the learned Trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without any further reference to the withdrawal of this bail application. 6.
