(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 21.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Executive Engineer, HPPWD Division Rohru, Himachal Pradesh, which is taken on record, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with.
2. Having perused aforesaid communication, this Court finds that in terms of judgment, alleged to have been violated, land of the petitioner stands already acquired by the Department
2 vide LAC Award No. 1/2025 dated 12.03.2025 and total amount of compensation in respect of the petitioner has been assessed as Rs. 80,355/-. Documents annexed with the aforesaid communication further reveals that amount of compensation already stands disbursed to the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any, or may get the present petition revived, enabling this Court to pass appropriate orders. Notice issued to the respondents are discharged. July 21, 2025
