It is stated that the parties have already concluded the arguments and only the pronouncement of the Award remains. 3. Notice was issued on the last date of hearing and as per the Affidavit of Service, the respondents and its counsel have been served at the e-mails which are borne out from the Arbitral record, namely, jvstldh@gmail.com, saurabh00094@gmail.com, vishalnipun@gmail.com and aditya@jainlaw.org, respectively. 4. Despite service there is nobody appearing on behalf of the respondents today. 5. I am of the view that sufficient cause has been explained for the delay. 6. For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the sole arbitrator is extended by a period of 02 months from today to make and publish the Award. This is a digitally signed order.
