Public Prosecutor, Arunachal Pradesh, submits that the case has already been submitted into the charge-sheet before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aalo, on 09.05.2025, even before filing of the instant petition. In view of the above, Ms. Mele, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant criminal petition with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after making necessary corrections. Prayer is accepted. The criminal petition, accordingly, stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
