The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 891/2023 arising out of Hariharpur P.S. Case No. 46/2023, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-XII, Dhanbad. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant by Farsa, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned Special P.P. has submitted that out of 10 witnesses, 7 witnesses have already been examined. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
