This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Upal Uddin, praying for regular bail in connection with Nagarbera P.S. Case No. 24/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/87/109(1)/336(3) of BNS, 2023. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was arrested Page No.# 2/2 on 08.08.2025 and he has already spent 50 days behind the bar, whereafter he was granted interim bail by this Court, vide order dated 26.09.2025 in the instant case. On perusal of the CD, it appears that the material against him is not such as would require his further detention. Considering the same, the prayer for bail is allowed.
