GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION The Court made the following: 4 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 20553 of 2025 ORDER: In shorn of all necessary facts, the present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority to dispose of the appeal bearing No.Roc.A/62/2024, dated --.01.2024 pending before the appellate authority filed by the petitioner pertaining to the land in Sy.No.616/1/2, 616/1/3, 616/1/4, 616/1/5, 616/1/4 in an extents of Ac.1.17 cents, Ac.1.02 cents, Ac.0.50 cents and Ac.1.01 cents and Ac.0.50 cents respectively located in Surappakasam of Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners within a stipulated period/time. 3. Acceding the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without going into merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, at the admission stage, directing the respondent/appellate authority to dispose of the appeal bearing No.Roc.A/62/2024, dated -.01.2024 filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till disposal of the appeal, the respondents are directed to maintain status quo as on today in respect of the subject lands. 5 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
