I.A. No. 12557 of 2025
1. For the reasons stated in the application, we find sufficient cause having been carved out which prevented the petitioner from filing the present civil review within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, the delay of 76 days crept up in filing of the same is condoned.
2. The present interlocutory application is, accordingly, disposed of. Civil Review No. 87 of 2023
3. The instant civil review appears to have been filed solely on the ground that despite giving liberty to the appellant/petitioner to raise all the issues before the appellate authority, in fact, L.P.A. No. 194 of 2019 ought not to have been dismissed.
4. Accordingly, it is clarified that the said LPA shall be deemed to have been disposed of in the light of the observation made in the order dated 15.06.2023 and shall not be treated as dismissed as has been observed in the said order.
