1. Heard Mr.Virendra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr.Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the following prayers :-
“i. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to allow the instant petition under section 528 of B.N.S.S. 2023 filed by the petitioner. ii. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R. bearing no. 254/2025 registered on dated 08.03.2025 at Police Station Khamtarai, District Raipur (C.G.) offence punishable u/s 318(4), 336(3), 338 and 3(5) of B.N.S. 2023. iii. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to quash entire charge sheet filed on dated 30.05.2025 before Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.). (Annexure P/1) offence punishable u/s 318(4), 336(3), 338 and 3(5) of B.N.S. 2023. iv. That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 03/5/2015 whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Raipur, District Raipur has taken cognizance of the impugned chargesheet and registered the impugned criminal proceeding as Criminal Case
3 No. 254/2025 against the petitioners.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he has annexed the copy of compromise deed dated 5.4.2025 (Annexure P-2).

In view of above, the parties are directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate before whom the matter is sub-judice, who shall verify the compromise deed entered into between the parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the receipt of copy of original compromise deed.
5. The petitioners are directed to produce a copy of original compromise deed before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks.
6. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the petition stands
