2025:JHHC:16530 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A.B.A. No. 7489 of 2024 ----- 1.Md. Imtiyaj Ansari, S/o Jabadali Miiyan, R/o Village- Tarabahal, P.O.- Amdiha, P.S. Karmatanr, Dist- Jamtara 2.Sahnaj Begam, W/o Md. Imtiyaz Ansari, R/o Village- Tarabahal, P.O.- Amdiha, P.S. Karmatanr, Dist- Jamtara .... Petitioner(s). Versus 1.The State of Jharkhand 2.Ishrat Praveen Khatoon, W/o Md. Minhaj Ansari, R/o Village- Tarabahal, P.O.- Amdiha, P.S. Karmatanr, Dist- Jamtara … Opp. Party(s) ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rahul Ranjan, Advocate For the State : Mr. Rajnesh Vardhan, AddI. P.P. …...... 05/ 23.06.2025: Heard, learned counsel for the parties. 2. This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 482 & 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending their arrest for the offences under Section 498(A), 323, 313, 504, 506 of IPC, in connection with Complaint Case No.513 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Madhupur. 3. This case arises out of a complaint and the petitioners have approached this Court only after cognizance has been taken and summons has been issued. 4. Thus, I find that there is no apprehension of the petitioners being arrested, this anticipatory bail application is absolutely misconceived. 5. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. 6. Petitioners are directed to appear before the Court concerned, who will pass order as per the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
