But the petitioner suppressed the said fact and filed the present contempt petition. 3. In the light of the above, this court is convinced that the respondent has already complied with the order dated 09.09.2009 passed in W.P.No.6854 of 2007 and the petitioner has filed this contempt petition by suppressing the said fact. 4. In the light of the above, this contempt petition is dismissed.
