Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:38003 Court No. - 35 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 7786 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ramesh Gupta And 2 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ajeet Singh,Himanshu Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Manish Kumar Nigam,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 12.11.2024 passed by the impugned order dated 19.02.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 passed in Case No.906 of 2024 (Comprised Case No.T202417140300906) (Bhullan Vs. Ramesh and others) by which restoration application filed by the respondent no.3 has been allowed and order dated 16.07.2024 and coloured map dated 18.06.2024 have been set aside in a proceeding under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that restoration application has been allowed illegally and the reasons given are incorrect. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned. 5. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under law. Order Date :- 18.3.2025 Ved Prakash (Manish Kumar Nigam,J.)
