INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner-College is challenging the endorsement dated 23rd October, 2024 (Annexure-F) issued by the respondent No.2-University; inter alia sought for a direction to the respondent No.2-Univerty to consider the representation dated 04th December, 2024 (Annexure-H) filed for granting a fresh affiliation for the Academic year 2024-25 to conduct the course of BSc. Nursing by the petitioner-College. 2. Heard Sri. Nitin A.M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-College; Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22546 WP NO.16206 OF 2025 Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No.1- Government; and Smt. Farah Fathima, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2-University. 3. Sri. Nitin A.M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited the attention of the Court to the impugned endorsement and submitted that the petitioner-College shall comply with the production of all the five documents mentioned in the endorsement. He further submitted that, no admissions have been made by the petitioner-College for the Academic Year 2024-25. 4. In the light for submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am of the view that, there is no impediment for the respondent No.2-University to reconsider the issue afresh as the petitioner-College is willing to produce all the documents mentioned in the impugned endorsement dated 23rd October 2024 (Annexure-F). 5. In that view of the matter, endorsement dated 23rd October, 2024 issued by the respondent No.2-University is hereby set-aside. The petitioner-College is directed to produce five documents mentioned in the impugned endorsement to the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22546 WP NO.16206 OF 2025 respondent No.2-Univesity, within an outer limit of one week from today and the respondent No.2-University, after receipt of the documents that may be produced by the petitioner-College as sought for in the impugned endorsement, shall reconsider the issue afresh and take decision in the matter in accordance with law.
