The only prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner that against the order dated 30.12.2024 passed by the respondent no.4, namely, Sub Divisional Officer, Modi Nagar Division Meerut, District Ghaziabad a revision was preferred by the petitioners before the Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut as provided under Section 2010 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Along with the said revision an application for the grant of interim relief was also filed. It is argued that though consideration time has already lapsed but till date no decision has been taken on the aforesaid application. It is further argued that at present the matter is pending consideration, namely, respondent no.2, Additional Commissioner Meerut Division Meerut. 2. On the other hand it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the respondent no.2 will take a decision on the aforesaid application expeditiously. 3. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties this petition is dispose directing to respondent no.2 to decide aforesaid application strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy before the aforesaid authority but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
