JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 24.10.2025 Mr. RM Deka, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition was filed seeking appropriate directions for renewal of the Arm License, however, during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the respondents have rejected the said application and resultantly, the petitioner herein would now have to challenge such rejection. Mr. Deka, therefore, submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. 2. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands closed as infructuous. 3. It is observed that the closure of the instant writ petition shall not affect the rights of the petitioner to challenge the rejection of the application seeking renewal of the Arm License.
