Ushma Mishra, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Saurabh, learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents. 2. Petitioners, six in numbers, have declared that they are working in Badri Narayan Sanskrit Snatkottar Mahavidyalay Kanipur, District Varanasi since 2017 and in support of submission, learned counsel for petitioners refers attendance register. She further submits that despite petitioners are working for last 6-7 years, their salary has not been paid. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents submits that on basis of material available on record, it is not clear that petitioners were duly appointed and worked on their respective posts. 4. I have considered the above submissions and perused the material available on record. At this stage, it is not clear whether petitioners were duly appointed and worked, therefore, records are required to be scrutinized. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for parties drawn attention of this Court on a communication dated 11.07.2023 addressed to District Inspector of Schools, Varanasi for the purpose of financial approval of appointment of petitioners. However, further action thereon is not available on record. 6. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that if a fresh representation is filed by petitioners annexing all relevant documents within a period of four weeks from today before District Inspector of Schools, Varanasi, the said respondent after proper verification from concerned College, will take a reasoned decision in accordance with law and in case there is any legal impediment, the same shall also be communicated to petitioners within a reasonable period.
