By way of this revision, the applicants prayed for following relief:- “It therefore, respectfully prayed that the impugned order dated 29.02.2016 Annexure A/1 may, has to be modified and enhance the maintenance amount from Rs. 5,500/- to Rs. 15,000/- in the interest of justice.” 4. It appears that with the passage of time, the applicants have lost interest in pursuing this matter. 5. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stands vacated. 6. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the original record to the concered Family Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action.
