This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in taking action on the persons who are spreading false news in relation to death of the deceased and attempting to derail the investigation by the investigation officers in relation to Crime No. 320

of 2025 on the file of the 5th Respondent Police station by considering the representations submitted by me as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the well established legal principles apart from being contrary to the provisions of the BNSS and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to take action on the representation filed by me.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, investigation has been conducted in Crime No.320 of 2025 and after completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rayachoti. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri Papudippu Sashidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
