By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed to quash and set aside the impugned communication dated 26.6.2024 (Annexure A) and further to command the respondents to grant Bond Free Certificate to the petitioner given in pursuance to service bond / undertaking dated 17.9.2020 and to direct the respondents to promptly complete the verification of the degree [being MD (Anesthesiology)] conferred upon the petitioner. 2. At the outset, upon instructions, learned advocate Mr. Jay Thakkar drew attention of the Court that the representations of the petitioner dated 21.6.2024, 21.9.2024 and 3.3.2025 are pending with the respondent authorities. Therefore, at this juncture, instead of examining the merits of the case, this Court may direct the respondent authorities to decide the aforesaid representations within some time bound schedule and to pass a reasoned order in case if the representations of the petitioner are C/SCA/6035/2025 ORDER DATED: 01/05/2025 not positively considered by the respondents. 3. In view of the above innocuous prayer, the respondent authorities, more particularly, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 21.6.2024, 21.9.2024 and 3.3.2025 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned order in case if the respondent authorities are taking decision adverse to the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner by way of RPAD and this entire exercise is to be over latest by 31.5.2025. The respondents are also directed to consider the fact that according to the petitioner, in similar set of facts, in case of other candidates, the respondents have considered their cases favourably. 4. With the above direction and observation, the present petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the case. Direct service is permitted. (NIRZAR S.
