The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 11/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 504,506, 376, 511, 498(A)/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 & 4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra. 3. The petitioner happens to be husband of the informant, who was tortured to enforce the demand to dowry. It is alleged that the uncle of the petitioner also attempted to rape her. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the informant has not sustained any injury at the hands of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about five months. 5. Learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra in connection with Mahila P.S.
