This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner Shri. Bhuban Gogoi has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Titabar P.S Case No. 155/2025 registered U/S 112/61/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 R/W Section 53(1)(a)/54/63 of the Assam Excise Act. 3. The allegation against the present petitioner is that he was manufacturing illicit country liquors. 4. The petitioner has already spent 21 days in judicial custody. 5. This Court is of the opinion that the period already entertained by the petitioner deserves to be taken up as a ground for releasing him on bail. Therefore, the bail application is allowed. 6. The petitioner Shri. Bhuban Gogoi, who was arrested in connection with Titabar P.S Case No. 155/2025, shall be released on bail of Rs. 25,000/- with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Ld.
