Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the abusive action and harassment of the Respondent Police, more particularly Respondents 5 and 6 against the Petitioner, as arbitrary, violative of Articles, 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and provisions of B.N.S.S and consequently direct the Respondents, more particularly Respondents 5 and 6, not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily and not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner with third parties, and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the abusive action and harassment of the Respondent Police, more particularly Respondents 5 and 6 against the Petitioner, as arbitrary, violative of Articles, 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and provisions of B.N.S.S and consequently direct the Respondents, more particularly Respondents 5 and 6, not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily and not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner with third parties, and pass such....…”
2. Heard Sri M.Pichaiah, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are threatening and harassing the petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that a crime has registered against the petitioner in crime No.70 of 2025, for the offence punishable under Section 318(4) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 and a notice under 35(3) of BNSS has also been issued to the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
