The applicant who is in custody since 03.06.2023 has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.173 of 2023 arising out of Kisko P.S. Case No.17 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 376D, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga. 3. It appears that it is a third attempt. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the applicant had been rejected by this Court vide orders dated 28.11.2023 and 24.04.2024 in B.A. No.7352 of 2023 & B.A. No.1434 of 2024 respectively. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 5. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicant and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 6. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. From the report it appears that the accused has been examined under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. 8. Considering the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the present bail application stands rejected, once again. (Rajesh Kumar, J.) Amar/- Uploaded
