ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of respondent no.2 in acting on petitioner complaint, dated 21-07-2025, through which petitioner has requested to take action against the respondents No.4 to 7 the respondent No.4 and 5 who used third degree methods on petitioner without registration of Fir and acted at behest of the respondents No.6 and 7 as illegal. arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of BNSS, abdication of statutory duty caste on him, apart form be violative fundamental rights, guaranteed to the petitioner under articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent no.2 to act on the complaint, dated 21-07-2025 submitted by petitioner and register the FIR against the respondents No.4 to 7.”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the matter is with regard to monetary transactions between the parties and the Police cannot interfere into the civil disputes. 3. Sri P.V.N.Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
