Also heard Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused applicant, namely, 1. Gunaram Pegu has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Simen Chapori P.S Case No. 22/2025 registered under Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. 3. As per office note dated 11.09.2025, it reveals that the service on respondent no.2 is yet to be completed. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the charge-sheet has been filed in the instant case by way of charge-sheet No.37/2025 dated 30.10.2025. 5. In view of the submission of the charge-sheet and looking into the offences alleged in the instant case, this Court is of the opinion that this present application should be closed as dismissed. Page No.# 3/3 However, the accused applicant shall have the liberty to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief. 6.
