ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the Order passed by the 5th Respondent Rc. No.9/SA/ICDS-MDNR/2019, Dated.05.11.2019 and the Memo No.13034/86/2018/Prog.I/A2, Dated.28.09.2018 of the 1St respondent as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and offends Article.16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently direct the Respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi Worker Dommaranandyala-1 centre, Mylavaram Mandal, Kadapa District.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that, as per the instructions received from the Department, the Petitioner is promoted as Anganwadi Worker and hence, no further orders are required in this matter.
3. Sri Sudheer Mattegunta, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
