3. Fair Price Shop Dealer about forty (40) years ago, and he continued as such until his death on
17.04.2025. After the death of the petitioner’s father, it appears that the petitioner has made representations, dated 13.06.2025, 25.06.2025 & 30.06.2025, to the respondents to consider his case for appointment as a Fair Price Shop Dealer in terms of G.O.Ms. No.04, dated 28.02.2014, and G.O.Ms.No.33, dated 19.12.2018. Without considering the representations of the petitioner, respondent No.5 was appointed by respondent No.3 as a Fair Price Shop Dealer, vide proceedings dated 00-06-2025. Without considering the same, the 5 respondent has been appointed as dealer in the vacancy that occurred on th
3 account of tho death of the petitioner’s father. The petitioner seeks for
consideration of his case for appointment on compassionate basis. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
