Heard the parties.
2. Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common
order.
2. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 120/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 & 307/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Palamau.
3. On 25.03.2024 at about 6:00 P.M., the petitioners alongwith co- accused persons intercepted the informant near Dipak Pan Shop near Devi Mandap, Hamidganj. It is alleged that co-accused namely Bablu Verma gave several knife blows on the person of the informant. It is further alleged that these petitioners also tried to inflict knife blow but the informant did not sustain any injury.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that no injury was caused to the informant by the petitioners.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Palamau in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 120/2024.
