1. The instant application has been filed by the respondents seeking dismissal of the contempt petition.
2. It has been submitted in the application that the main writ petition stands dismissed by this Court in terms of order dated 27.07.2023, as such, the instant contempt petition, which relates to implementation of an interim
order passed in the aforesaid writ petition, does not survive.
3. A perusal of the record shows that the main writ petition has been dismissed on 27.07.2023. In this view of the matter, the interim order has merged with the final order passed in the writ petition. Thus, the contempt proceedings do not survive.
4. The instant application is allowed and the main contempt petition is dismissed.
