Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 20.05.2026 from the Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh, conveying decision of the case of the petitioner under office order dated 12.08.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that office order dated 12.08.2025 has not been implemented till date. Learned Additional Advocate General, on the basis of instructions imparted to him, assures that the above office

order shall be implemented, if not already implemented, within a period of three weeks from today.

In view of above, the present execution petition to stand disposed of. Respondents to abide by the aforesaid assurance given by learned Additional Advocate General by implementing the office order dated 12.08.2025 within three weeks, i.e. by or before 12.06.2026.
In view of the fact that the respondents had issued office order on 12.08.2025, the costs imposed under
order dated 05.05.2026 passed in this execution petition for having not implemented the judgment in question shall stand waived. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of her surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
