This Contempt petition has been preferred by the applicant under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act,1971 for non-compliance of the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in WP(S) No.6157/2024. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that order under contempt has been complied with by the respondent authorities vide order dated 16.01.2025 and the representation filed by the petitioner has been decided, as rejected. 3. Counsel for the respondent is directed to file copy of the said order through covering memo during the course of the day and the copy of the same be supplied to the counsel for the applicant. 2 4. In view of the fact that respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in WP(S) No.6157/2024 of this Court, nothing remains in instant contempt case. Thus, no case of contempt is made out, as such I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter, initiating contempt proceeding against the respondent. 5. If, applicant is not satisfied with the order passed by the respondent authorities with regard to their representation, then he may take recourse to law for redressal of his grievance. 6.
