12/11/2025 Mr. D Kalita, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the direction passed by this Court, the General Manager, District Industries & Commerce Centre, Tinsukia has raised the bills for the rent payable by the petitioner for the period, w.e.f. October, 2014 till January, 2022. The petitioner has already deposited the amount so determined on 07.11.2025. Mr. N Goswami, learned Government Advocate, Assam submits that no further dues is receivable from the petitioner and the bills as raised in the matter, have already been cleared by the petitioner. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed as having become infructuous.
