ORDER:-
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.3 to 11 in interfering with their vending activities. 2. It is submitted that the petitioners possess street vending licenses issued by the 3rd respondent. However, the said licenses have not been renewed, yet the petitioners continue to run their business from petty shops alongside the road. It is also submitted that respondent Nos.3 to 11 are now trying to dispossess them, which would deprive the petitioners of their livelihood. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, in W.P. (PIL) No. 81/2025, has issued certain directions to the municipal authorities, which they shall follow. It is also submitted that the petitioners were conducting/continuing their business in a haphazard manner by occupying the roads without authorization, and that the petitioners are now restrained from occupying the roads, and their shops have been shifted to places abutting the roads. The petitioners are also required to ensure that they do not occupy the roads for business purposes, and the 3rd respondent shall follow the directions passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P. (PIL) No. 81/2025. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. 5
