ORDER: In shorn of all necessary facts, the present writ petition is filed assailing the notice, dated 22.07.2025 issued by the 3"'^ respondent under Section 7 of the A.P.Land Encroachment Act (Act 3 of 1905) for removal of the nagulakatta structures recently erected by the petitioner herein on the ground that the notice was issued under the Madras Act, which has no legal applicability or enforceability.
2. Without adverting to the merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, at the admission stage. directing the petitioner to submit explanation to the impugned notice, dated 22.07.2025 within a period of two weeks from today and on receiving such explanation from the petitioner, the 3'”'' respondent is hereby directed to examine the explanation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the said decision to the petitioner herein. Till such time, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner.
3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
