This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not taking into
consideration the marks obtained in ITI examination for selecting the candidates to the posts of Energy Assistant (Junior Lineman Grade-II) in the 1st respondent corporation and not selected the petitioner to the post of

Energy Assistant (Junior Lineman Grade-II) even though he passed all the tests conducted by the 1st respondent as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take into consideration the marks obtained in ITI examination for deciding interse merit for final selection while filling up the existing available posts of Energy Assistant (Junior Lineman Grade-II) in West Godavari District basing on the merit and pass such other
order or orders……”
2. Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondents is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
