Civil Writ Petition No.13129/2011, which was dismissed vide order dated 10.12.2024 on account of non-compliance of the per-emptory order dated 14.11.2024 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed and the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13129/2011 is ordered to be restored to its original number subject cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees) which is to be deposited with Rajasthan High Court Munshi Association, Jaipur.
