Accordingly, this application, so far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, is dismissed as infructuous. 3. Further, learned counsel for the State submits that so far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, final report has been submitted exonerating him as the police did not find any material against him. 4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, I am of the opinion that so far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, this anticipatory bail application has also become infructuous. 5.
