The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chhipadohar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 08/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 380, 457, 458 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Latehar. 3. In the night of 11.08.2023, motorcycle of the informant parked outside his house was stolen by unknown persons. The stolen motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2023. 5. Mr. Naveen Kr Ganjhu, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is involved in several cases of similar nature. 6.
