1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that entire FIR does not disclose the source from whom it has come to the notice of the police that the petitioners and others were cultivating poppy in the land. He further submits that there are no other materials save and except the confessional statement even the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent against them.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the contention of the petitioners and submits that the persons who were apprehended have disclosed that these petitioners were also involved in the cultivation.
4. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of these petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this instant anticipatory bail application.
5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application of these petitioners is dismissed as withdrawn.
