The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action on the part of Officials of Respondent No.3 in interfering with financial dispute there by calling Petitioner to Police Station, confining him to their illegal detention, putting him to physical abuses, with a demand to resolve financial issues with Respondent No.4 herein without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the Officials of Respondent No.3 to not

to call the Petitioner to Police Station for resolving any financial dispute with Respondent No.4.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the petitioner has collected large amounts under the guise of business investment and later the petitioner refused to repay the same. It is further submitted that the petitioner was called to the police regarding the said matter. During the enquiry, the petitioner admitted that he received amount from respondent No.4 to establish the branches of furniture shop. Except for the said reason, the police did not coerce him in any manner to resolve the financial issues with the respondent No.4. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
