GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 5 especially respondent No. 5 in not registering the FIR against the Respondent No.6 to 8 on the complaint dt.13.5.2025 given by the petitioner as, illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and also violation of principles of natural justice and also violation of Article 14, 19 Art. 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently issue direct the Respondent No.5 to register the FIR basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt. 13.5.2025 and take appropriate action against the Respondent N0.6 to 8 in accordance with law.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, based on the complaint dated 13.05.2025 lodged by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.121/2025 on the file of Narasapuram Rural Police Station, West Godavari District has been registered. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri Cheekatla Gowri Shankar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
