1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:-
“for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of certiorari quashing and setting aside the order dated 03.05.2017 passed in Kolhan Title Appeal No.08 of 2017 by the Divisional Commissioner, Kolhan Division, Chaibasa whereby and whereunder the case has been remanded to the Deputy - 1 - W.P.(C) No.6281 of 2017
2025:JHHC:26400 Commissioner, west Singhbhum, Chaibasa to hear it personally and dispose of”
2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Learned counsel for the other sides have no objection.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
5. Pending interlocutory applications being I.A. Nos.1012 of 2019, 5598 of 2020 & 10551 of 2024, stand disposed of.
