Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 64, 103(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3. It is alleged that this petitioner established physical relationship with the daughter of informant on pretext of marriage and later on, refused to marry with her. Thereafter, daughter of the informant went missing and on search, her dead body was recovered from the village pond. 4. Considering the nature and seriousness of Patna High Court CR. MISC.
