This petition has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 45 of 2024 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 02.07.2024. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that amongst other defects, one of the defect was regarding filing of surrender certificate for which Interlocutory Application No. 672 of 2024 was filed within the peremptory time but the same could not be mentioned and placed before this Court when the order dated 02.07.2024 was passed. She submits that the revision petition be restored to its original file so that the interlocutory application can be placed and appropriate order be passed. So far as other defects are concerned, the same will also be removed. 2 3. Learned counsel for the opposite party has no serious objection to the prayer of restoration. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission and being satisfied with the cause shown, Criminal Revision No. 45 of 2024 is restored to its original file. 5. This Cr. M.P.
