This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused applicant, namely, 1. Sankar Jyoti Nath has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 222/2025, registered under Sections 64(1)/127(2)/77 of BNS, 2023, R/W Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the instant case by way of charge-sheet No.223/2025 dated 22.10.2025 before the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Bongaigaon. 4. In view of the submission of the aforesaid charge-sheet, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submitted that he shall appear before the trial court. 5.
