1. Grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that, initial appointment of the petitioner was in the Tribal Welfare Department on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III (Arts). Pursuant to Policy decision taken by the State of Chhattisgarh, service of the petitioner was absorbed in the School Education Department vide
order dated 23.08.2018, however, erroneously, petitioner was absorbed as Assistant Teacher LB(E) instead of Assistant Teacher LB(T), due to which petitioner suffered loss of seniority and also promotion. Wps 6445 of 2025 2 10.01.2023, 19.03.2025 and 04.04.2025, which are still pending consideration before respondent-4, and no orders have been passed yet for correction of her absorption.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as the decision on the representation of the petitioner is still pending before respondent-4, a direction be issued to the concerned respondent to take decision on the representation at the earliest, within the stipulated time frame.
3. Learned State counsel submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits, and is only seeking a direction for consideration and decision of his representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of grievance raised in the petition, and particularly the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that considering the nature of his grievance raised in the representation, respondent-4 is directed to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. Petitioner is directed to supply copy of this order along with the copy of pending representation (Annexure P2) to respondent-4 within two weeks from today.
