RAJESH KUMAR GUNDAPU SC For APDCFL 3 MRK,J W.P.No.8005 of 2016 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Mandamus under article 226 of the constitution of India, declaring the action of 3rd respondent, viz. The Deputy Director (DD) The A.P. Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Ltd, Ananthapur Milk Shed, Ananthapuramu District, Andhra Pradesh, in issuing proceeding bearing No. 92/E/DD/2013, dated 11-02-2016, transferring the Petitioner from Ananthapur Dairy to MCC Hindupur, Ananthapuramu District, Andhra Pradesh, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and vitiated by malafides, and against the spirit of gender sensitivity and provisions of Sexual Harassment Of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act 2013 and violative of Articles 14, 15 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and Set- Aside the same….” 2. On 16.10.2023, this Court passed the following order: “No representation for the petitioner. Delete the name of Sri Krishna Rao M in the cause list. Post on 31.10.2023 under the caption „for dismissal‟.” 3. On 04.09.2025, this Court passed the following order: “No representation for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 seeks time to get instructions. Post next week under the caption „for dismissal‟.” 4 MRK,J W.P.No.8005 of 2016 4. Today also, despite the matter being listed under the caption „for dismissal‟, no representation for the petitioner. 5. The conspectus of the writ petition is that: The petitioner challenged the transfer proceedings vide Procd.No.92/E/DD/2013, dated 11.02.2016 whereunder she was transferred from Ananthapuram to Hindupur on administrative grounds and she preferred a complaint against respondent Nos.4 and 5 and also pleads violation of Sexual Harassment Of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act, 2013 provisions. 6. Per contra, Sri G.Rajesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 filed a memo dated 10.09.2025 wherein he filed the proceedings dated 31.05.2024 issued by the 2nd respondent, which indicates that the petitioner Smt. V.Narayanamma, Plant Mechanic is promoted as Plant Chargeman and presently the petitioner is discharging her duties at Ananthapuram. He further submits that respondent No.4 is no more and respondent No.5 is not working at Ananthapuram and presently he is working as a Deputy Director at Krishna. As such there is no cause of action survives as on today in the lis. 7. In view of the fact that there is no representation for the petitioner coupled with the memo filed by the learned Standing Counsel, it seems that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5 MRK,J W.P.No.8005 of 2016 8. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by making the memo dated 10.09.2025 filed by learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 as a part of record. There shall be no order as to costs.
