The following prayer has been made in the writ petition: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent either to release the amount of compensation in favour of petitioner or not to release it in favour of any person and to keep it in Govt Treasury the compensation of Land Acquisition in respect of arazi no. 131/0.067 acre and arazi no. 133/0.152 acre situated at Village Kabirduddinpur, Pargana Saremu, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur till the proper adjudication of civil suit no. 37 of 2011." 2. Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions received from competent authority according to which, only notification under Section 3A of National Highways Act has been issued, so far. The notification is dated 14.08.2024. Proceedings for issuance of notification under Section 3D are stated to be in progress. 3. Thus, there is no award in existence at the moment.
