Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner and also considering the issue involved, without entering into the merits of the case the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits after verifying service records of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the respondent No.2 within two weeks. 4. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
